Classical Realty was founded by Christine Beckman. Ms. Beckman started the company in response to a need she perceived for more innovative real estate solutions that not only exceed clients' expectations, but also save them significant sums of money. Ms. Beckman has 16 years of professional real estate experience, has a B.A. in Business/Communications from Capital University and is a leader in the real estate profession. She also has taught and educated hundreds of realtors at a prominent real estate school locally and is an adjunct instructor for a local college.

• Knowledge of commercial real estate financing and products and use of 1031 and reverse 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges.
